The Pheasants Forever Highland Chapter established this scholarship to help outstanding students of natural resources conservation or a related agricultural field to complete their education at any accredited college or university. We will be awarding one (1) scholarship in the amount of $500.  The scholarship will be awarded at our 9th Annual Steak Under The Stars Fund Raiser (June, 2012)

ELIGIBILITY
    The student must be:
        -    a resident of Stephenson County
        -    attending an accredited college or university
        -    majoring in natural resource field or related agricultural field
        -    a full time student who is carrying at least 12 credit hours 

A committee selected by the Pheasants Forever Highland Chapter will screen all applications.  The committee's decision will be based solely upon the student's need and achievement without regard to the student's race, color, national origin, religion, sex, age, marital status, or handicap.  A personal interview may be required.
